American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes and ensure a top-notch resident experience.

You will resolve resident inquiries, drive lease renewals, and manage moves through the tenant lifecycle, adhering to state laws and company policies. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and real estate knowledge in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management.
• Real Estate License and any state permits required by the real estate commission.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Foster positive resident relationships across the portfolio.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues.
• Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market.
• Conduct move-out reconciliation and assess damages.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize evictions and delinquencies.
• Represent the company at eviction hearings and monitor HOA compliance.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
