Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities including tours and applications.
• Support leasing professionals with daily tasks and move-ins/outs.
• Process rent payments, delinquencies and billing in property systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance to turn units promptly and maintain curb appeal.
