Workdays are Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary is $28.00 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location; regular full-time benefits

Qualifications

1 year customer service experience and ability to pass fair housing exam.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word; property-level software experience.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive at the community.
Provide personalized service focused on care and convenience for residents.
Engage with residents to maintain positive relationships and meet expectations.
Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the residents' satisfaction.
Serve as communication hub: share community happenings via portal and postings.
Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities to add value beyond the apartments.
Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
