Sares Regis Group in Newport Beach, CA seeks an Assistant Manager for Loft House in Sunnyvale, CA. The role supports the Community Manager at a 133-unit property with Tue-Sat 9am-6pm schedule and a pay rate of $27.50–$30.90 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word, plus a valid driver’s license. Benefits include 401K match, rental incentives, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of related property management experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret figures.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Proficiency with property operations software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Community Manager in manager's absence.
• Assist in training and scheduling team members.
• Review rent recommendations and maximize income opportunities.
• Collect current and delinquent rent per policy and pursue timely actions.
• Review move in/out files and ensure data accuracy in software.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial variance reports with the Community Manager.
• Resolve resident and prospective resident conflicts.
• Follow company policies and governing documents.
