Job summary
SRG Residential is seeking a Resident Services Manager for a 628-unit community in Palo Alto, CA. You will greet residents and guests, provide a personalized and caring experience, and foster ongoing positive relationships while addressing concerns with professionalism.
You will coordinate communications, events, and activities to enhance resident happiness. A year of customer service experience, fair housing knowledge, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word are required; weekend/overtime
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience; must be able to pass fair housing exam
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Experience with file audits, resident engagement, and strong service mindset
- Affordable Program experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of property operations software; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to work weekends and overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects, guests and visitors to the community
- Provide a personalized experience with care and convenience for residents
- Engage with residents to foster ongoing positive relationships
- Address resident complaints promptly and professionally
- Serve as the communication hub for community happenings via the portal
- Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities
- Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
