Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run screenings, prepare leases, and support move-ins and renewals with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Daily duties include coordinating on-site marketing, responding to inquiries, maintaining property standards, and using property management software to track leads and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Ensure smooth move-ins and lease renewals; complete reports and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet, social media, and referrals.
