Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with availability to work weekends and diverse hours at the on-site location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software mentioned in posting.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and conduct background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and ensure smooth signings and resident move-ins.
• Support off-site marketing activities and analyze market trends to drive traffic and occupancy.
