Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead business with on-site leasing, tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Prepare leases and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Design and execute local marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Respond quickly to resident questions and maintain high service standards.
• Inspect properties for show readiness and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate records and reports for occupancy, revenue, and renewals.
