Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive property marketing, leasing, and renewals at a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, qualify applicants, and prepare move-in packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential, with experience in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service preferred to manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Perform all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks; prepare move-in packages.
• Execute offsite marketing and referrals to drive traffic and leases.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
