RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for high‑demand properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will also handle renewals and inquiries, coordinate with property teams, and implement marketing plans across multiple channels to attract residents and ensure exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute property's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Perform lease renewals, inspections, and respond to resident concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
