Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC at The Villas at Shadow Creek seeks a Leasing Consultant to impact residents through warm service, timely tours, and efficient application processing.

You will manage leads in the CRM, schedule tours, show apartments, and guide prospects to submit online applications while working with the on-site team to meet occupancy goals and showcase community amenities and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Experience meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state housing laws and Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Conduct tours of apartments, answer questions, and encourage online applications.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities, rental rates, and promotions; collaborate with onsite team.
