Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant for the Villages of Monterey in Oceanside, CA. You will be the primary contact for current and prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service as part of the on-site property management team.

Responsibilities include tours, lease applications, resident relations, and coordinating move-in processes, while promoting community amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects, determine needs, present community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text with efficient service.
• Conduct tours, assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest marketing ideas.
• Build relationships with residents and coordinate activities and communications.
• Ensure offices and community areas are tidy and assist with move-in processes.
• Facilitate move-in orientations and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Act as liaison between residents, service team, and management.
