You’ll show and lease apartments, follow up with prospects within 24 hours, manage listings, process applications, and support events with a professional, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; RealPage a plus.
• Willing to work weekends and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Maintain traffic logs and leasing reports.
• Process applications and answer applicants' questions.
• Keep online listings and social media updated.
• Support community events and move-in gifts.
• Review rental rates and advise concessions.
• Collaborate with locators and outside agencies to drive traffic.
• Inspect model and tour apartments daily.
• Monitor curb appeal and suggest improvements.
• Post and monitor marketing materials.
• Assist with rent collection and invoice entry.
