Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up to resolve concerns.
• Inspect model homes and vacants to prepare for tours.
• Administer lease documents and inspections with residents.
