Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide residents in selecting homes, and support lifecycle engagement from move-in to renewals.

Responsibilities cover onboarding, data entry, lease processing, market surveys, and collaboration with the Community Manager. A friendly, sales-focused approach and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Multi Family, single family rentals or related property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify results promptly.
• Manage and convert leads into leases; follow up on non-leases.
• Update market surveys monthly; monitor rents, specials and competitor activity.
• Answer calls and return voicemails; route service requests as needed.
• Enter data into information systems and prepare leasing reports.
• Ensure office, clubroom and model homes are in immaculate condition.
• Assist in Social Media advertising as directed by the Manager.
• Assist in move-ins with gifts and welcome packages.
• Share neighborhood information with prospects and residents.
