Job summary

Mill Creek Residential in Miami, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for current and prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service and sales excellence to guide choosing new homes and managing residency lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Senior Community/Community Manager and other team members to determine day-to-day duties, stay informed on market trends, and support leasing, move-ins, renewals, and resident services across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and strong communication.
• Experience in multi-family, single-family rentals, built-to-rent, or related property management.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Support move-ins and renewals, and assist with resident services.
