Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Nashville to serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide residents through the leasing process, and support lifecycle activities from move-in to renewals.

You will coordinate with property managers, manage leads, present community features, and ensure market-ready homes while maintaining data in Entrata and Yardi systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and rental markets.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and verify results promptly.
• Convert prospect leads into leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Maintain accurate data in Entrata, Yardi and reporting systems.
• Ensure the office and models are in impeccable condition.
• Support marketing initiatives and move-in processes.
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding neighborhood information.
