Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospective residents. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide prospects through choosing homes, and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

Reporting to a Senior Community/Community Manager, you will perform day-to-day duties based on your skills and career goals while contributing to leasing goals and community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family property management or leasing is a plus.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leased prospects.
• Maintain accurate data in Entrata and generate leasing reports.
• Ensure model homes, office, and clubroom are in excellent condition.
• Assist with move-ins and lease renewals.
• Support social media advertising as directed by the Manager.
