Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding service, guide prospects to select new homes, and support residents through the entire residency lifecycle.

As part of a leasing team, you will greet prospects, present the community, process applications, and help convert leads into leases while staying informed about market conditions in the area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in multi-family property management, rentals, retail sales or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and build personal connections to assess needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications and verification; communicate results promptly.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain market awareness by reviewing rents, specials and competitor activity.
• Enter data accurately into systems and generate leasing reports.
• Ensure show properties and models are in excellent condition.
• Assist in move-ins and prepare move-in packages as directed.
• Support marketing efforts including social media as directed.
