Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding service and sales excellence. You will guide prospects to choose homes, coordinate move-ins, and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

You will greet guests, present the community, complete lease applications, manage leads in Entrata, and help keep the property in top condition. Strong communication and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Ability to meet leasing goals and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and identify needs.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and verify results.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with non-leases.
• Manage leads daily in Entrata and generate leasing reports.
• Maintain property readiness and curb appeal.
• Assist in move-ins and resident communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
