Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in Multi Family, rentals, or related property management.
• Familiar with local neighborhood and market concepts.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and assist with verification.
• Manage leads and convert prospects into leases.
• Maintain property readiness and assist in move-ins.
