Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a strong customer-service focus.

You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, process applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure market-ready units and timely renewals. Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is preferred, and fair housing knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Proficient in MS Office and community software.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• At least 2 years in customer service or similar.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads using criteria and guest cards.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; report needs.
• Process applications and deposits per policies.
• Assist with renewals and distribute notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
