Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales & Lifestyle Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through sales, leasing, and lifestyle programming. The role blends relationship-building with event planning to attract new residents and ensure long-term satisfaction for current residents.

The position involves touring, move-ins, renewals, and coordinating social, wellness, and cultural activities, while maintaining CRM records, community communications, and marketing outreach across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, leasing, and customer service.
• Familiarity with property CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and real estate marketing/communication tools.
• Ability to plan and execute resident engagement activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including tours and leasing.
• Manage the leasing process: applications, screenings, leases, move-ins, and renewals.
• Maintain CRM data, track leasing activities, and document follow-up communications.
• Support marketing strategies, specials, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate daily social, wellness, and cultural events to enhance resident experience.
• Plan move-in day experiences, prepare move-in paperwork, and assist residents.
• Organize marketing materials and participate in community networking and outreach.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on tours, move-ins/move-outs, and inventory.
