Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will guide prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support renewals while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

Essentially, you will manage leads, analyze data, participate in events, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing/customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Math skills for sales conversions.
• Sales skills: lead generation, presentations, qualification, closing.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and leasing activities to hit revenue and occupancy targets.
• Qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and move-ins.
• Track traffic and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare lease renewals and manage renewal process.
• Respond to resident and owner questions promptly and professionally.
• Engage with community events and outreach to drive traffic.
• Complete reports and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Support Lifestyle Coordinator with event setup.
• Adhere to company standards and AA renewal playbook.
• Maintain strong customer focus and issue resolution.
