Job summary

Greystar seeks a Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and leases while maintaining high service standards and accurate data records.

You will collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement and support events, referrals, and outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Greet, qualify prospects, give property tours, process applications and leases.
• Track traffic, leasing activity, and resident data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator to drive resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours to maximize conversions.
• Attend events and support outreach marketing to generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-in.
• Record applicant information and track leasing metrics.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintain high service quality.
