Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, guiding prospective residents through the process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offerings.

The role focuses on lead management, CRM utilization, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement and satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years minimum of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• 0rderly ability to read, write and communicate to understand legal documents and explain features.
• Ability to generate sales leads and close deals.
