Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our community. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support resident satisfaction, and manage lease renewals in line with AA best practices.

You will handle lead management, CRM use, data analysis, and coordination with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost engagement and occupancy. Flexibility for a role requiring on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to sell features and explain benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct property tours and show apartments; process applications and conduct background checks.
• Record information from prospective residents and maintain accurate data in CRM.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive sales.
• Design and execute marketing activities to create traffic and drive referrals; collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator.
