Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process with a focus on service quality and community lifestyle.

In this role you will manage leads via CRM, perform tours, coordinate applications, and support renewal activities. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable follow-through are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in sales/marketing/customer service with ability to resolve issues and maintain records.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and close sales.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects; tours; process applications; coordinate move-in and lease signing.
• Collect information from prospective residents at move-in; record as appropriate.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
