Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for residents, ensuring satisfaction while achieving leasing, retention, and occupancy goals. You will build lasting relationships through excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

The role requires presenting community features, supporting renewals, and executing effective marketing strategies. Strong attention to detail and flexibility with weekends/holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Showcase community features as they relate to customer needs.
• Support renewal processes to maintain occupancy.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Assist in events and other projects as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to inform prospective residents.
