Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Morrisville, NC. You will be Camden’s first impression to prospective and current residents, guiding tours, processing leases, and ensuring move-in excellence.

The role emphasizes sales targets, tenant satisfaction, and occupancy goals, with a focus on communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration across the community team.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Support renewal processes and maintain satisfaction for residents.
• Use marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to support occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain resident files with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist in other projects as needed.
