Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with residents.
• Use creative marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to assist decisions.
• Coordinate resident events with the team.
• Prepare lease documents and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in other projects as needed.
