Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking Leasing Consultants in Orlando, FL. You will be Camden's first impression to prospective and current residents, guiding tours, closing leases, and ensuring an excellent move-in experience.

You will showcase community features, support renewals, and employ marketing strategies to drive traffic while maintaining strong resident relations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to renewals.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with prospects and residents.
• Handle unexpected situations using problem-solving and judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors to inform decisions.
• Promote positive resident relations with timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
