Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Alpharetta, GA. You will be the first impression for prospective and current residents, guiding applicants through lease documents and move-in processes with a focus on satisfaction and occupancy goals.

You will highlight community features, stay customer-focused year-round, support renewals, and assist in planning resident events while building lasting relationships.

Formación

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features and relate them to customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-up and renewals.
• Coordinate resident events and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and competitors for informed decisions.
