Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Orlando, FL. You will be the first impression for prospective and current residents, guiding tours, closing leases, and ensuring a great move-in experience with exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships while supporting occupancy and renewal goals. Light travel and weekend work may be involved.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to meet customer needs.
• Assist renewals and maintain occupancy goals.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Provide timely, courteous responses to resident inquiries.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate resident files.
• Plan and organize resident events.
• Collaborate with team and assist on other projects.
