Avenue5 Residential, LLC in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate traffic records.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and manage open/close procedures.
