Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kyle, TX to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects. You will help achieve high occupancy and retention and support maintenance coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease paperwork; ensure move-in conditions.
• Assist with planning resident activities and respond promptly to requests.
