Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year sales/leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents, generate traffic, and schedule tours.
• Maintain model apartments and prepare lease documentation.
• Enter traffic data and complete weekly leasing reports.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; assist with resident relations.
