Avenue5 Residential in Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and lease documentation. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, data accuracy, and collaboration with maintenance and the leasing team. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office is preferred; a high school diploma is required, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain records of traffic and follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention and provide clerical support as needed.
