Avenue5 Residential in North Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You’ll engage with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email.
