Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in; close sale and prepare lease docs.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Maintain customer-focused approach to renewals.
• Apply marketing and social media to drive property traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention with follow-ups.
• Handle unpredictable situations with problem-solving.
• Maintain knowledge of community and competitors to inform prospects.
• Provide courteous, timely responses to resident needs.
• Prepare lease documents, files, and applications with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with team to plan resident events.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.
