Job summary

RPM Living in McKinney, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations, including signing leases and acting as the landlord for property owners. You will greet and qualify prospects, schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person), assist with applications, and maintain an accurate availability report while processing credit checks and rental history.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required or six months to one year related experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits.
• Maintain availability reports; process applications with credit checks.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-ins and paperwork.
• Support social media presence and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address resident requests promptly.
