Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Denton community. You’ll handle tours, applications, deposits, and move-ins while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

You’ll use lead management software, respond to inquiries, and support occupancy goals through effective showings, follow-up, and resident satisfaction initiatives in a fast-paced onsite office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history verification; submit for processing.
