Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. You will conduct tours, assist with applications, and guide move‑ins to ensure smooth occupancy.

The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, and a flexible schedule including weekends. It is an on-site position at a Texas property.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits per procedures
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Collaborate with Community Manager on applicant status and approvals
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and orient new residents
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Address resident concerns promptly to support satisfaction and retention
• Manage lease paperwork and follow up during peak periods
• Support marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan
• Represent the community positively to aid occupancy objectives
• Participate in resident events to foster a sense of community
• Attend weekly goal-setting meetings and coordinate with maintenance for service requests
