Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. You will sign leases, present properties, and act as a landlord for property owners.

The role requires strong customer service and negotiation skills to close leases and ensure move-in readiness. Based on-site in San Antonio, TX, you will support marketing efforts, maintain social media visibility, and coordinate with maintenance to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or related experience.
• Experience with leasing, applicant processing, and Fair Housing knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone and online to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Maintain availability reports; process applications with credit checks and rental history.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and collect signatures.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Resolve resident questions promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure prompt service requests.
• Attend meetings; follow marketing plans and contribute to lead generation.
