Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding service, guide choices of homes, and support residents through the lifecycle of residency. The role includes tours, applications, lead management, and coordination of move-ins.

The position emphasizes strong communication, local market knowledge, and teamwork with the Community Manager to maintain a market-ready property and drive leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in multi-family, rentals, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and determine needs and preferences.
• Present community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Monitor rents, specials, and competitor activity monthly.
• Enter data and generate leasing reports; manage tasks daily.
• Maintain pristine model homes and office spaces.
• Assist with move-ins and prepare move-in packages.
• Support marketing and social media efforts as directed.
• Adhere to policies and Fair Housing regulations.
