Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant in Scottsdale to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will guide prospects through selecting homes and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

You will report to the Senior Community/Community Manager and collaborate to determine day-to-day duties, leveraging your skills, experience, and goals to fit the community’s needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to, and passionate for, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Multi Family, single family rentals, built to rent, or related property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and create a personal connection.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Manage and convert prospect leads into leases to achieve goals.
• Update market surveys and stay informed on rents and promotions.
• Enter data into information systems and prepare leasing reports.
• Ensure offices and models are in impeccable condition.
• Support social media and marketing efforts as directed.
