Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver exceptional customer service, guide choices of homes, and support residents through their residency lifecycle.

Reporting to the Senior Community/Community Manager, you will adapt duties based on skills and career goals while upholding brand standards and community operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in multifamily, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Sales-oriented with ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and build a personal connection to assess needs.
• Professionally present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and notify applicants of results promptly.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with non-leasing prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of rents, specials and competitor market activity.
• Assist with move-ins and ensure smooth onboarding of new residents.
