Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding customer service and sales excellence. You will guide applicants in selecting homes, manage leads, and coordinate move-ins while supporting ongoing resident relations and retention.

The role emphasizes marketing, data entry, and teamwork with the Community Manager to ensure a smooth leasing process and an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family, retail, hospitality or related property management.
• Ability to learn company policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs.
• Present community and homes with features/benefits.
• Complete lease applications and verify results.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with non-leasing leads.
• Maintain accurate data in information systems and prepare leasing reports.
• Keep property and models in pristine condition.
• Support marketing through social media and events.
• Assist in move-ins and check-ins with residents.
