Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding service and sales excellence. You will guide prospects through selecting new homes and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

The role reports to the Senior Community/Community Manager and involves coordinating with the team, maintaining model homes, managing leases, updating information systems, and contributing ideas for marketing and resident

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in Multifamily property management, rentals, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and build personal connections.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and assist with verification.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up with non-leases.
• Enter data and prepare leasing reports; manage Entrata tasks.
