Mill Creek Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding customer service, highlight home features, and guide prospects to apply. This role supports residents through the lifecycle of their residency and collaborates with management on day-to-day duties.

The position emphasizes new leases, renewals, and community marketing, requiring excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong focus on customer service and sales.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and identify needs to match them with homes.
• Present community features and lease options clearly.
• Process lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Maintain model homes and office in pristine condition.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident services.
• Assist in marketing and social media efforts as directed.
